BOOKING: To confirm a room booking, we require a credit card number. If you have a credit card, we do not require a deposit.All bookings will be confirmed in writing via post or by e-mail. It is your responsibility to read this and to ensure that all details are correct before your visit.
CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know straight away.Should a cancellation be made within 3 days of arrival the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the cost of the first night of the booking. In all cases we will try to resell the rooms. If we are able to do this there will be no cancellation charge.At New Year, Regatta, Music Festival and certain other times of the year the cancellation terms may differ. In this case the details will be confirmed in writing or by email.
SMOKING: Browns is a no smoking Hotel. People who smoke in their rooms will be charged an additional one nights accommodation.

We offer car parking permits for our rooms with the exception of our small doubles.
